Training of all employees who have an influence on the quality of the delivered products and services and the stimulation of their quality consciousness.
Measurement of the quality level of the delivered products and services, cost-sensitivity analysis of non-quality, corrective and preventive measurements.
Pursuit of the quality system by a recognised independent organism.
The working of the quality system is evaluated on regular basis by means of internal and external audits as well as the measurement of the customers' satisfaction. If necessary the required corrective measurements will be implemented.
The management staff as well as the other staff members are responsible for the quality of the organisation and for the quality of the work delivered by the company. There is a continuous pursuit of improving the quality system. All activities are executed with respect for environment and internal engagements, laws and relevant regulations.
